Troubleshooting Guide

If you're having trouble with the Haiku Deck add-in for PowerPoint, here are a few issues to consider as you troubleshoot:

1. After downloading the add-in, you have to install it and then restart PowerPoint. Use the task manager to check all running processes and to force quit any/all PowerPoint process running. In some cases, you may wish to just power down your machine to ensure that PowerPoint has completely restarted.
2. If you're using a version of PowerPoint that is installed by your organization's IT department, you may need to consult with an administrator to ensure that the security settings on your installation aren't preventing the add-in from loading.
3. Check your Office installation. If the add-in isn't showing up immediately after installation it could be that you've got a missing component from when you set up Microsoft Office.
