Password Changes and Troubleshooting

To reset your password:

From the Sign In page (on the web or the iPad), enter your email address and click/tap Forgot password?  You can also follow this link and enter your password on the page that loads. This will send you an email with a link you can click to set a new password for your account. 

If you normally sign in with Twitter or Facebook, you'll need to change the password you have with those services. 

If the website is saying your password doesn't match our records:

Try resetting your password. Enter your email address and click Forgot password?  This will send you an email with a link you can click to set a new password for your account. If you'd like, you can set your password to what it should have been. Just keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive (capitals and lowercase are important to make note of).

If you try to reset your password but it says the link we sent you is invalid:

This usually happens for accounts that were initially set up using Facebook. Usually, it can be solved by trying again - just head to the Sign In page and click the Forgot Password link once more, then when you get the new password reset email, try single-clicking that link (as opposed to double-clicking it, since the link will only work once and will be invalid afterward) to reset your password. You can also follow this link and enter your password on the page that loads.
