To edit a deck you have already started, you'll want to start from My Decks on the web, or the Main Menu on the iPad. Make sure you're signed in with the account you created the deck with originally, then click or tap the EDIT button on the deck (on the web: hover your mouse over the deck thumbnail to see the EDIT button), or a button with an icon that looks like a pencil.
