- Try another browser. We recommend them in this order: Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox. Internet Explorer 10 is compatible with our site but users with IE 9 or earlier, or IE 11, will not be able to use the web app properly yet.
- Try another network. Especially if you're on a school or public network, limitations, security settings, or inconsistencies in your network connection can cause this type of issue. One step you can use to identify if this is the culprit is to try another network. If you have a mobile connection available, such as an LTE connection from AT&T or Verizon, that can be a good network to try because typically no content or communication limitations will exist there (unlike a public library, school, cafe, office store, etc. wifi connection).
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
- Try restarting your computer if you have not done so recently.
