There is not a limit on how many decks, or how many slides, you can have. Go nuts!
As far as slides go, it may be helpful to break up decks any larger than 75 slides or so into multiple decks. They'll load, save, export, and sync more quickly and efficiently. But we don't have a cap on how many slides you can have.
