Is there any reason for me to sign into HaikuDeck.com?
You can use Haiku Deck from SlideShare without ever setting foot on HaikuDeck.com.
You will need to set up a password for HaikuDeck.com, however, if you'd like to edit your decks after you've published them on SlideShare, add notes for your slides, present your decks straight from your iPhone or iPad, etc.
How can I set up a password for HaikuDeck.com?
If you've only used Haiku Deck when you were on SlideShare.net before, you'll need to set a password for your account. Just visit this link, enter the email address you use for SlideShare, then follow the link we email you to set a password. Voilá!
What if I already have a Haiku Deck account?
No worries. Just sign into HaikuDeck.com with your existing account, then click your name (or My Account, if your name isn't showing) in the top right corner of the page, and choose My Account. From this page, you can change your email address to the one you use to sign into SlideShare.net, or add that email address if you've been using Twitter or Facebook to sign in.

How do I publish my deck?

How does sharing work?
If you'd like to share it from SlideShare, you will have to publish/upload it first. That will keep it from being private to your SlideShare account, and it will be live for viewing on SlideShare.net. Once your deck has been published, you can share it from SlideShare just like any other presentation in your SlideShare account. You can also share it from Haiku Deck with these steps.
How does privacy work in Haiku Deck for SlideShare?
When you start a new deck, it's private in your SlideShare account. As you work on your deck, it's saved as a draft under "My Uploads," where you can work on it at your own pace.

If you go into edit mode for your deck, you can click the export button in the top right (box with an arrow pointing right), and export a .PPTX file of your deck. Then, sign into your account on SlideShare.net, click the orange UPLOAD button in the top right corner of the site, and choose your exported deck on the next page.
