If you're using the web app and the MY PICTURES button appears to be disabled, it is most likely an issue with pop-ups being blocked by your browser, a conflict with ad-blocking software, or your network settings.
If you click My Pictures and nothing happens, here are a few things to try:
- Check to make sure pop-ups are not disabled on your browser
- Check to make sure any ad or pop-up blocking software or browser extensions are disabled
- Switch do a different browser. We recommend Chrome, Firefox, and Safari in that order.
- Switch to a different computer and/or network
- Talk to your system administrator if you have one. Some networks and firewalls will disrupt our service.
