When I click MY PICTURES to upload my own pictures, nothing happens

If you're using the web app and the MY PICTURES button appears to be disabled, it is most likely an issue with pop-ups being blocked by your browser, a conflict with ad-blocking software, or your network settings.

If you click My Pictures and nothing happens, here are a few things to try:

  • Check to make sure pop-ups are not disabled on your browser
  • Check to make sure any ad or pop-up blocking software or browser extensions are disabled
  • Switch do a different browser. We recommend Chrome, Firefox, and Safari in that order. 
  • Switch to a different computer and/or network
  • Talk to your system administrator if you have one. Some networks and firewalls will disrupt our service.
