The number one reason users have trouble signing on is that their user name is incorrectly CapITaLiZed.
Both Haiku Deck's user names *and* passwords are case-sensitive.
For example, if you created an account using Firstname@email.com, with a capital "F," you will not be able to sign in using firstname@email.com (lowercase "f"). Either because iPads sometimes auto-capitalize the first letter of an email address or because users habitually capitalize the first letter of their name, we see some users who can't log in because of this very simple difference.
Other common solutions to sign-in problems:
- Did you use a different email address to sign up for Haiku Deck?
- Did you use Facebook or Twitter to sign-up? Try signing in with one of those buttons instead of entering your email address in the user name field.
- Is it possible that your network is down or blocking access to haikudeck.com? Try accessing the site from another network, or from your mobile phone to see if that makes a difference.
If you're still having trouble, you can always try to reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link below the password box on the sign in screen.
