Sign-In Problems

The number one reason users have trouble signing on is that their user name is incorrectly CapITaLiZed. 

Both Haiku Deck's user names *and* passwords are case-sensitive.

For example, if you created an account using Firstname@email.com, with a capital "F," you will not be able to sign in using firstname@email.com (lowercase "f"). Either because iPads sometimes auto-capitalize the first letter of an email address or because users habitually capitalize the first letter of their name, we see some users who can't log in because of this very simple difference. 

Other common solutions to sign-in problems:

  1. Did you use a different email address to sign up for Haiku Deck?
  2. Did you use Facebook or Twitter to sign-up? Try signing in with one of those buttons instead of entering your email address in the user name field.
  3. Is it possible that your network is down or blocking access to haikudeck.com? Try accessing the site from another network, or from your mobile phone to see if that makes a difference. 

 

If you're still having trouble, you can always try to reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link below the password box on the sign in screen.

    We have problem with sign in.

    We are logged in with test version, but we have professional version, and we need to know how to get into professional version. 

    In the professional version we have a created 80 pages marked                 E2 - PURE ENERGY WATER.

    CAN YOU HELP US TO FIND MISSING FILE?

    ast Friday I’ve upgrade to pro my Haiku profile but I made some mistakes among password, email and social address so now I’m not able to reach my decks.
    I have two important presentation and I need to work it sooner.

    The Sign In button on your website has stopped working. Does Haikudeck still operate as a company? No one is responding. I was in the middle of a deck for an upcoming presentation and I got kicked out and there appears to be no way to go back in. What is going on??

    Has Haiku deck closed the company ?? They have 2 employees on linkedin and I can't find anyone to reply to me for 10 days and I cant log into my old account nor cancel the new one I created in an emergeny.
