My Pictures Upload Button Doesn't Work For Me

If nothing happens when you click MY PICTURES to upload your own background image it could be caused by one of the following issues:

• Browser conflict: Solution, try a different browser. We generally recommend Chrome or Firefox. Internet Explorer is especially troublesome with our app.

Solution: Try a different browser.

• Pop-up or Ad-blocking software conflict: The MY PICTURES button should cause a window to pop up, providing the upload function. Some ad-blocking and pop-up blocking software will prevent the upload window from appearing.

Solution:Uninstall or disable your pop-up blocking software, restart your browser, and try again.

• Network firewall conflict: Some schools and private companies have firewalls that prevent file uploads to sites that aren't already on an approved 'white-list' of domains.

Solution: Talk to your network administrator and ask them to add *.filestack.com and *.filepicker.io to the white list.
