Here are some common questions and answers about Haiku Deck Pro:
Why aren't my other Haiku Deck Presentations showing up on the iPhone app?
First, please be sure that you're not getting any sync errors when you start up the app. It may take a few moments for all of your decks to download.
Second, please check your sign-in. In Haiku Deck, user names are CaSE SentiTIvE. This means users can have different accounts that use the same email address capitalized differently. For example, User@gmail.com will create a different account than firstname.lastname@example.org (all lower case, no capital "U"). Alternatively, some users have accounts with Twitter or FB sign-ins as well as one that uses an email address.
If you've tried this and are still missing decks, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to help you figure things out.
Is it free to use Haiku Deck for iPhone?
Yes, the app is free to use. Some users decide to upgrade to Haiku Deck Pro, our subscription product that gives advanced functionality. Haiku Deck Pro lets you download decks for offline viewing, set privacy on decks, and lets you replace our logo with your own. It also gives access to YouTube video embedding (web app only) and access to Zuru, our tool that uses Artificial Intelligence to convert existing PowerPoint presentations to more beautiful presentations auto-magically.
